Event Pricing

Exclusive use of the entire property for a 12 hours, including:

• Outdoor ceremony setup on the lawn with seating for up to 80 guests

• Use of lower patio or upper deck for cocktails, rehearsal dinners, pictures, etc.

• Setup and breakdown of indoor reception area for up to 80 guests; choice of round or rectangular dinner tables, white linens, and chairs

• Large indoor dance floor, including elevated stage for band or DJ

• Use of large kitchen, two fridges, modern appliances and prep area

• Two full bathrooms in the venue, fully stocked

• Dedicated bridal and grooms suites (makeup table, wardrobes, seating, mirrors, etc.)

• Indoor and outdoor sound systems with microphones

• Standard venue decorations, including lighting

For the couple who has already planned their event but just need a helping hand on the day itself, this package will ensure your day at the Barn runs smoothly, from start to finish, including: 

• Meeting prior to the event to discuss logistic elements, suppliers and vendors

• Review of budgetary requirements

• Management of vendors, suppliers and logistic elements

• Full event design and coordination

• Timeline preparation

• Onsite management including support during the rehearsal, a final venue walk through, and being available during the full day of the wedding, from set up to break down

​To give you and your guests total peace of mind throughout the planning process (most common):

• Initial consultation + 6-9 months leading up to wedding

• Dedicated support throughout planning process (phone, email, on-site)

• Full vendor/supplier organization and coordination

Exclusive use of the entire property for 48 hours, including overnight (2 nights) accommodations for up to 10 guests; additional lodging nights can be added on. In addition to Wedding Day package, guests have access to all other amenities including:

• All bedding and linens included

• Kitchen stocked with basic cooking and dining supplies

• 6-person hot tub, cleaned and treated before every stay

• Canoes, kayak's, tubes, other water craft

• Lawn games, indoor games, etc.

• Outdoor fire pit or indoor fireplace, wood provided

• Large propane grill, propane provided

• At this time we are primarily serving wedding events only. That said, we are happy to explore other events and provide a quote - our fees vary based on the number of guests you will have, lodging requirements (if any), length of event, and more.
